Our 1-hour Barbell Club is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels to learn, practice, and master the variations of the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. These Olympic movements are complex, so it takes time to learn the proper technique. With hands-on coaching, we focus on form and positional work for each lift, helping to avoid injuries.
