Kids CrossFit Classes
An environment of encouragement and serious fun!
Fit children grow into fit adults. We believe developing a healthy attitude toward exercising goes a long way. Through group fitness games and activities in a non-competitive environment, we have fun and help build confidence!
We offer two class levels that are designed for kids of all abilities and experience:
Hook’d Kids: Kindergarten – 4th grade
Kids learn to safely perform body weight movements (sit-ups, squats, and pull-ups) and develop and strengthen everyday skills such as pushing, running, climbing, throwing, and jumping.
Hook’d Tweens: 5th – 8th grade*
Tweens learn to safely execute body weight movements, work on barbell movements, and do strength training to prepare them to attend our adult classes.
* Hook’d Kids is not a prerequisite for Hook’d Tweens
