Adult Group Classes
An environment of encouragement, support, and serious fun!
Our gym is about building comradery and community. You’ll work out alongside like-minded people who also want to take their health and fitness to their own personal next level. We take our workouts seriously, but we also laugh a lot! This supportive, encouraging environment is the perfect place to form new friendships.
Both our CrossFit and SWEAT classes are led by a certified coach to ensure you are doing the movements correctly. And they motivate you to give each workout your all.
Our CrossFit classes offer a fast-paced, high-intensity workout that’s scaled to your level of experience and ability. Because you are doing rounds and repetitions of varied movements (such as squats, push ups, burpees, and weights), you burn more calories and get a full body workout. Class starts with a warm-up, then weightlifting or skill work, then cardio, and ends with a cool-down.
We have 2 levels for each workout: FITNESS is easier and generally for newer athletes, and PERFORMANCE is harder for more experienced athletes.
CrossFit classes can help improve coordination, endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, agility, and balance. Because you learn the correct way to lift and carry heavy items, you can use these skills in your everyday chores and activities!
Our SWEAT class is 45 minutes and is designed to build strength and burn calories fast. It’s like our CrossFit classes, but there’s no weightlifting or skill work to begin with – it’s 30 minutes of straight cardio. And we promise, you will SWEAT!
