Personal Training FAQs

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

Nope. Personal training exists to help you get stronger — not to punish you for where you’re starting from. We’ll move at your pace and adjust everything to your needs, no matter your experience level.

Will I have to follow a strict diet?

Not at all. While we offer nutrition coaching, there’s no “one way” to eat here. If you want help with food, we can build a flexible, realistic approach that supports your goals — not restricts your life.

What if I’ve never lifted weights before?

Even better. We love working with beginners. Your coach will teach you proper form, build your confidence, and help you progress in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Do you offer personal training for older or post-injury clients?

Absolutely. We regularly work with clients rehabbing injuries, managing joint issues, or easing back into fitness after time off. Everything is modified to fit your body and your goals.
