Copycat Robek's Muscle Max Smoothie (Ryan's fav)
A copycat Robek's Muscle Max protein smoothie — 50+ grams of protein, ready in two minutes, and a fraction of the price. Ryan's go-to.

Ryan and I developed a fast and furious addiction to Robek's — the problem is those smoothies add up fast. So we did the obvious thing and recreated our two favorites at home. This Muscle Max copycat is Ryan's go-to, and it tastes close enough that you won't miss the drive-thru.
Why you'll love it
Over 50 grams of protein, two minutes of effort, and a tiny fraction of the cost of buying one out. It's a perfect post-workout refuel or a grab-and-go breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 individual container vanilla Ratio protein yogurt
- 1 scoop strawberry Ascent protein powder
- ½ cup Martinelli's apple juice
Instructions
- Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Tips & Variations
Too thick? Add a splash more apple juice or a little water. Want it colder and thicker? Toss in a few ice cubes or freeze the yogurt for 15 minutes first. Any vanilla or strawberry protein powder works if you don't have Ascent on hand.
