Protein Packed Buffalo Chicken Dip Wrap

All the flavor of buffalo chicken dip in a 56g-protein wrap that comes together in minutes — the perfect post-workout meal or make-ahead lunch.

Protein Packed Buffalo Chicken Dip Wrap

If your first move at any party is straight for the buffalo chicken dip, this wrap is for you. It's all that flavor, rolled into something you can actually call a meal.

It packs 56 grams of protein, takes just a few minutes to throw together, and makes a perfect post-workout refuel. Prep it ahead and it's an easy lunch for a busy week, too.

Why you'll love it

Minimal cooking (especially with precooked chicken), endlessly adjustable heat, and seriously high protein for how fast it comes together.

Ingredients

  • 1 burrito-size tortilla
  • 4 oz chicken breast, shredded or chopped small
  • ¼ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz shredded cheese
  • Buffalo sauce, to taste
  • Veggies of choice

Instructions

  1. Shred or dice your chicken into small strips or cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, and buffalo sauce to taste.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals until it reaches a creamy buffalo-dip consistency.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture onto the tortilla, add your veggies, and roll it up.
  5. Optional: crisp it in a grill pan, frying pan, or burrito press.
  6. Enjoy!

Tips & Variations

Precooked chicken is a fabulous shortcut for busy weeks. For crunch, I love broccoli slaw and baby butter lettuce — tomatoes, onion, shredded carrot, or cucumber all work too. Adjust the buffalo sauce to dial the heat up or down.
